steps to have obconf localized:

assume, your language is turkish, which is written as "tr" in
the following; please replace tr with the two-letter code of
your language, when following the steps below; the file you
work on here is called new-tr.po, to not mess with the one
from cvs, which is simply called tr.po:

- check out obconf from cvs
- copy obconf.pot to new-tr.po
- open new-tr.po, fill the blanks below the english messages
  into your language; there is a nice gui to this called
  gtranslator
- send new-tr.po to Ben Jansens or put it into the icculus
  bugzilla
- wait until its incorporated into cvs, checkout again, and
  after rebuilding obconf, you should see your copy of obconf
  localized.
- if you want to make changes now, simply open tr.po, make
  your changes, and save to new-tr.po, again send the file to
  Ben.
