When playing the UT2004 demo on Panther with a Radeon 9800, the license plate of the Hellbender 
appears grey. Perhaps this fix is included in the Radeon revision for UT2003, but I am unsure of the 
content of that revision.

We don't support render-to-texture in the OpenGL renderer, so this isn't a
driver bug. Not likely to make it into the gold master, but we'll try.

This is fixed in Mac OS X 10.4.3 and the UT2004 3369 patch.
