I've noticed the executables created with the MSVC files are quake3.exe. I've noticed that in the makefiles, ioquake3.exe is produced. Not a big deal... just thought I'd point out the inconsistency.

Yeah this needs to be resolved, unfortunately I don't have MSVC to fix it, so it would have to wait for someone who does.

Here's a patch since I do have a copy and just figured out how to make patches :). It also takes care of bug 2709.
