Hijacked PERS_KILLED to track only deaths that add Stage points
added int death to score_t
ScoreboardMessage sends one more parameter cl->ps.persistant[ PERS_KILLED ]
added one more column in scoreboard
Its tested and works (tested for >2h with 3 other ppl on lan). It needs polishing UI file, I suck at Q3A UI and it looks a little ugly now.

Why not replace the kill counter with a death counter.
This might change the emphasis of new players.
