I just recognised that starting(+quitting) a dedicated server removes all bind-settings from q3config.cfg.

I think the old windows "dedicated" haven't done this ... at least I can't remember such a situation. (ok, I haven't used the old "dedicated" much.)

This was fixed in r1269. Don't change priorities please.
