Revision 1340 moved the version number from code/qcommon/q_shared.h to the Makefile.
The test for Tiger doesn't work because [ $TIGERHOST ] will only evaluate to false when the variable is empty.

It's really quite annoying that when people make changes such as the one causing this bug, they don't take responsibility for the breakage it causes.

The world does not run Linux, please stop assuming it does.

Fixed in r1405.
