r_noportal is buggy when on 1 and renders (with r_fastsky 0)
and r_fastsky mask portals when on 1 even with r_noportal 0.
As said Harekiet : "r_fastsky needs to keep it's hands of the portals :)"

This isn't an important enough problem for any one to care it seems. If you come up with a patch, reopen.
