Steps to reproduce:
Run GPP
Go to the obstacle course server (or another with a download)
Click disconnect on the prompt

What happened:
Tremulous then hung, killing it caused X to segfault.
Clicking download from server and then pressing Esc crashed tremulous but left
X intact.

Expected:
Should have gone back to the server list.


Tested on Debian x86_64 with the binaries from sourceforge.  Originally
reported on the forums (http://tremulous.net/forum/index.php?topic=12438.0)
with windows 7.

Also maybe relevant, the download prompt incorrectly said the files were
optional.

Duplicate of a bug already fixed (although admittedly this one was first)
