NSIS installer fixes

Fixed creating NSIS installer (README.txt wasn't found), fixed removing zlib1.dll when uninstalling, and disabled description panel (there are no descriptions). Also changed the disabled license page to point to the actual license.

Fixed copy-paste error in license path from my mod's NSIS installer.

applied, thanks. I actually renamed the readme in the .spec file, I didn't know the /oname switch :-)
