Since the latest patch within 24 hours of starting a server it has crashed and 
is consuming 100% of the cpu.

The logs don't show anything obvious to cause this.
and does happen mid game,
it requires a kill -9 to kill the proccess

System: dual Opteron 246
Os: Gentoo latest build glibc 2.3.3
