Config:
    Ubuntu Hoary 5.04 AMD64 up to date
    Gnome 2.10 (gnome-desktop-environment_62ubuntu2_all)
    Openbox 3.2 (openbox_3.2-7_amd64)

Problem :
    If I use openbox, the gnome-workspace-switcher and the gnome-windows-list
applets empty.
    
Reproduce the bug:
