Windows XP's Data Execution Prevention shuts tremulous down at start when running on an AMD Athlon 64. (32-bit Windows XP SP2)

This is probably because the Q3 VM requires the execution of some generated code. "DEP" needs to be disabled for the block of memory this sits in. I do not have access to an Athlon 64 or Windows XP, so you're gonna have to find somebody else to fix this.

Probably fixed now (due to ioq3 merge).
