This reduces the team join spam by not printing a join message whenever a player joins the same team they're already on. This typically happens for those of us with binds that exec a different config depending on what team we play AND join us to that team. It's a trivial two-liner, and it originally comes from R1CH's codebase.

This patch comes originally from R1CH's SVN repo; I'm just submitting it here because it's something that bugs the crap out of me on my own server.
