Hi, I once saw s.o. hanging inside the telenode - not moving or anything. Today that apparently happened to me. I respawned and just could not move, i.e. walk outside the telenode. I could turn though, and fire. But all commands didn't function either - no talking, no console, no escape button worked. Had to restart computer.

Heh, sounds like your keyboard came unplugged :)

However there is a valid bug with spawning.  This usually manifests itself as a dead dretch stuck in the top of an egg.  The player is stuck there.  They can evolve and their model changes from the dead dretch, but they are still stuck.  I'm pretty sure it's lag related, since there doesn't seem to be a way to reproduce this on purpose.
