-(perhaps related more to the tjw backport) If you use the !restart command
just before the next map loads, the map loads but then the game corrupts,
disconnecting everyone.

Some more information would be useful. What was the exact error? Did the server crash or did the next map continue to load properly?

Changing component from admin system since !restart doesn't do anything by itself (the important work is map_restart, with g_layouts optionally being set).
