Only when playing on Linux 1.3 servers, the AT reload annimation always plays 
twice on each reload, effectively doubling the AT reload time. This issue does 
not occur on Windows 1.3 servers.

I have since played on other Linux servers, and have determined a possible 
affecting factor. When the server is running on a lower level processor, less 
than about 700 Mhz, the double reload does not always occur. In fact, it 
appears that on very low levels less than 500 Mhz, it almost never occurs.

I think this bug is load based. I never noticed it on my 800mhz server. When I moved to a 
2.4Ghz at first I didn't notice it either. Because the server was usually pretty full (~30 
players) It was only when I was working on the server later one night. That I noticed the 
problem. At this time I was on there with only one other person. I'm guessing it has to do 
with the server framerate.

Closing out bf1942 entries, since icculus.org doesn't support this title
anymore, and DICE has long been aware of and/or fixed all reported issues.
