The bug occurs using Tremulous-GPP1 (Gameplay Preview, released on 3rd December 2009)
When switching from the game screen to the windows desktop, using alt-tab or the windows key, sometimes clicking on the desktop or on the system bar makes the mouse pointer go really fast into the upper left corner of the screen.

The bug has been confirmed by several Windows Xp/Vista users (on the irc channel); probably it is located into SDL.dll
