maximized windows on my second monitor end up on the first monitor when i restart.

i have gnome-panel running on the first monitor, and no struts on the second.

i get it.  if you move a maximized window to a new screen, the pre-max coords stay on the old screen, so restart will put it back there, then cause it to maximize on the old screen.

Looks like there's a pull request with a fix waiting for review at https://github.com/danakj/openbox/pull/39

This seems related to bug 5733 (in that tracking coordinates is tricky when the resolution changes).
