Hi!
If this bug is fixed in 3.4.9, then sorry.

Sometimes (I don't know how to reproduce this bug) OpenBox displays right click menu on wrong monitor - for example (please look at the attached screenshot) when I right clicked on the monitor on the right (green circle), menu was displayed on the edge of left monitor (red circle). It repeats with every application.

Well, that looks like it's Roxterm's menu, not Openbox's.  We did fix something like this with Qt in 3.4.9, so maybe it is related and indeed fixed in 3.4.9.  I am unable to reproduce this with 3.4.8 either, though.  So it's hard to know for sure.  I am going to mark this fixed since I believe it to be, and you can reopen it if you find it still breaks on Openbox 3.4.9+
