Connecting players becomes connected (for game) after map_restart even if they still connecting/downloading

Did you actually try your fix? It will result in the client hanging afterwards. There's no easy way to avoid this, and the consequences are not dire. so WONTFIX.

Can't remember any hands last few months running my mod, maybe VQ3 is more susceptible. Glad to see better solution there (r1826)
