When calling a vote on someone, such as a mute or a kick, it will not display the recipient of the vote. The person will still be muted or kicked as normal, but while the vote counts down it does not show the target.

Example:

/callvote mute person test
admin called a vote:   for 'test'

This seems to have started after the recent update on US Main.
