Raz takes damage in the game normally, and the health indicator appears, but it always shows full health. If he takes enough damage he'll die, while still showing a full health bar

Correction -- it always shows whatever your health was when you loaded the save
Comment 2 David Gow 2012-06-03 08:12:45 EDT
I can confirm this with the new test build.

It seems that sometimes the health-bar does redraw properly, notably after dying when it is reset to full health. Sometimes it does update after damage, but this is quite rare and I can't get it to happen consistently.

It seems that "health indicator" also includes the lives counter. I noticed it update once after a scene transition.
Comment 4 Isaac Smith 2012-06-06 17:07:48 EDT
I have the same problem.
Comment 5 Alexander Karatarakis 2012-06-07 10:31:44 EDT
Confirming that it always shows whatever your health was when you loaded a save.
Comment 6 Matt 2012-06-09 23:55:55 EDT
I can also confirm this behaviour.

Interestingly, I don't believe I had this problem during Basic Braining, but I did have this bug in every other course

I have this bug also during Basic Braining.

Marking a bunch of rendering/sound/gameplay bugs as Priority 2.

Just to let everyone here know, the new 0.5 patch does not fix this.
Comment 11 André Fettouhi 2012-10-09 06:12:37 EDT
Is this bug going to get fixed anytime soon? It has been almost two months since the last test build.
Comment 12 Hamish Paul Wilson 2012-11-13 22:55:08 EST
Still happening to me too with the version released on 2012-08-15.

System specs:
Operating System: Fedora 16 Linux
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 4670 (R600 Gallium 3D Drivers)
Memory: 4 Gigabytes
Processor: AMD Sempron CPU 2.7 Ghz
Hard Drive: 2 TB Western Digital Caviar Green

This, plus the screen blur after using the bacon/collecting someones brain (as well as just slow performance in general) are the main things making the Linux port still frustrating to use.
