When using Rend2 in Team Arena, the health and ammo parts of the HUD flicker (invisible/visible).

Setting cg_draw3Dicons to 0 in Quake 3 or Team Arena results in all of the HUD and console flickering (invisible/visible).

All cvars (except cl_renderer) were the default values.
