Built current github version using ./make-macosx.sh on 10.8.3, latest Xcode etc.

When cl_renderer is set to opengl2 and r_postProcess is 1, after loading the map the screen stops updating. Sounds play normally, input handled normally. Setting r_postProcess to 0 causes the screen to start updating again. Setting it back to 1 breaks screen updates once more.

reproduced here with an AMD Radeon HD 6750M on 10.8.4
