I noticed this on the master branch just prior to the 3.5.2 release.

With 3.5.0 this was not a problem. I have attached my rc.xml; line 28 is where the <center>yes</center> setting is.

Also, with the new obconf 2.0.4, Windows > Placing Windows doesn't have a "center" option anymore. Has this feature disappeared?
