Looking into it...

Comment 2 Dag Stenstad 2002-09-14 14:56:12 EDT
On a side note, the map list was displaying maps that are not in the demo. Dunno
if that has anything to do with it.
Comment 3 Ryan C. Gordon 2002-09-14 18:27:31 EDT
The WebAdmin dude says that there might be invalid maps in the User.ini file
(specifically, we forgot to remove the listings of maps from the full
game)...we'll fix the crash, but for the meantime, cleaning non-existant maps
out of your User.ini file will probably fix it for now.

Comment 4 Dag Stenstad 2002-09-14 20:57:38 EDT
Yes, that's probably it. using the [<] button to move one and one over worked,
and they did not appear in the other list (as they did not exist..) thus
cleaning up maplist in the .ini.

Mark as fixed, or keep open so you/he won't forget to remove the crash?
Comment 5 Ryan C. Gordon 2002-09-14 21:08:36 EDT
I'll close it, since we still need to actually fix it (anyone could put bogus
data in there, so it's better to actually make it robust).

(Okay, now I'm closing it. :) )

This is fixed in-house, but we haven't shipped updated UnrealScripts, so for
now, the demo is still hosed.
