I LOVE this project and use it to bond with my coworkers. We're a Microsoft shop (unfortunately) and I have a suggestion for http://wiki.ioquake3.org/Sys_Admin_Guide:

ioquake3 can be registered as a Windows service by installing https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17657 and following https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/137890/how-to-create-a-user-defined-service
