MacOS X, COMMAND+TAB  combo doesn't work. Supposed to task switch, it doesn't (r_fullscreen is 1)

Task switching is quite difficult to resolve in a platform agnostic way. I remain to be convinced that sorting out any problems here represent a good effort/benefit ratio. Surely if you're playing a computer game you're not going to be needing to task switch all that often.
